Ahmednagar, one of the most visited historical cities of India that lies in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. Chand Bibi's Mahal, Ahmednagar Fort and several other historically and architecturally significant monuments are among the prime attractions of this place that lure people from all around the country.

The Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation, which is known as the Ahmednagar Mahanagar palika, uses the latest e-governance system to control its activities in several authorized sectors. Recently, a plan was published according to which this city would be entirely developed by the end of 2031. Ahmednagar experiences a hot and humid climate throughout the year. Inexperienced visitors are advised to try to stay cool. Be pleasant but firm, and don’t allow yourself to be irritated.

You should have  emergency numbers of police administration and ambulance service in case if you as a tourist face any law and order or medical emergency situation in Ahmednagar.

The winter season, generally from October to Feb, is by far the best season to visit Ahmednagar. The average temperature during this season hovers around 20 degree Celsius. Avoid visiting during Summer season. This is because Ahmednagar comes under dry zone and hence temperature during Summer season is tad unbearable. Ahmednagar being under dry zone also implies that it receives very reasonable shower/rain during Monsoon season and hence visiting the city during Monsoon season isn’t really a bad idea.
